So who are we and how did we start this journey on Marketing.Mom?
Founder – Debbie Bookstaber; Entrepreneur, Digital Marketer and Social Good Advocate
Debbie has over 15 years of marketing experience and has managed online marketing programs responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales. Through her agency Element Associates, she has advised PR firms, Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies on blogger relations and effective social media strategies. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Licensing Expo, BlogHer, SXSW, AffiliateSummit, and TypeA Parent. Debbie was recognized as one of the “Top 25 Parent Bloggers Who Are Changing the World” by Babble.com in 2012 and as a “Best of the Net” Blogger by Working Mother Magazine in 2013. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University with a BA and MA in History.
Editor-in-Chief – Angela England; Entrepreneur, Content Strategist and Author
Angela brings over 15 years experience in a variety of areas to Marketing.mom. She is the Founder of Homestead Bloggers Network, Untrained Housewife, AngEngland.com, and several other websites. Her love of strategy and expertise in new and creative ideas led to her to manage countless successful websites such as Blissfully Domestic, UntrainedHousewife, Homestead Bloggers Network and Little House on the Prairie, just to name a few. As a content strategist, Angela has provided clients with ideas, inspiration, and marketing strategies. Once executed, her ideas scaled their marketing efforts to fuel more efficient and effective content creation. Angela is the author of several books including Gardening Like a Ninja , Backyard Farming on an Acre (More or Less), and 30 Days to Make and Sell a Fabulous eBook. Angela’s own homestead, with her five children and husband in rural Oklahoma, provides no small amount of inspiration for her creativity and writing.
